I just want you to know that I could not be more impressed than I have been today with Adam and Airfast. Adam came on time and looked at the requirement and within an hour had not only had he surveyed the situation but installed it all too. He was also extremely careful in his work not to cause damage or disruption and took a pride in it. I really appreciate that and it is rare. The absolute opposite extreme to BT who are totally incompetent at installation, system service and customer service.
The AirFast service does what it set out to do, works consistently and has any problems attended to swiftly and professionally. Well done to all concerned!
Crockham Hill CE Primary School was pleased to accept a tender from AirFast.net to provide us with a Ruckus wireless network system and additional network infrastructure. They were able to recommend the right options for us and expertly survey the site, accounting for the difficulties our school building had to offer. Their understanding and experience was clearly evident during the installation as they worked around unforeseen difficulties with the existing cabinet, solving the problem with skill. Their installation is absolutely first rate, and the new cabling is fitted unobtrusively and sensibly to a very high standard. Teaching staff returning to their classrooms after the installation didn't notice anything different. The new WiFi system is making a big positive impact on teaching already, as classes are now able to get the full set of wireless laptops online at the same time. Teachers can't afford to waste time worrying about getting good WiFi - and with the system AirFast.net have installed for us they don't have to - it just works! The equipment AirFast.net installed worked perfectly from the start and has continued to do so flawlessly. We wholeheartedly endorse AirFast.net and would recommend them to any other school interested in a similar project.
Following months of stress and annoyance in fruitless, painful dialogue, plus countless engineers visits with BT, they eventually conceded, that the promised 20mps Superfast Fibre Broadband, could actually only deliver 2mps at best. I was forced to start again and find another provider. My approach (following word of mouth recommendation) to AirFast.net was met with immediate response. A visit to discuss my needs within 24 hours, tests for speeds and suitability 24 hours after that. A very satisfactory report and draft Contract followed immediately. Installation(a painless 2 hour process) was completed 48 hours later. Start to finish in less than a week. I am now enjoying speeds of 15/16mps (excellent for my address) from a faultless system. Installation and monthly user costs are directly comparable with those of BT. The quality of service and personnel infinitely better.
Just to say the internet service over about the last 18 months has exceeded my wildest expectations. It has been solidly reliable except when outside factors conspire against you. I used to get 2mb and now I get a regular 20mb. Well done to you and everyone else at AirFast.net Community Broadband. I am slightly surprised not to see more publicity for your marvellous achievements. I do not understand why our politicians and local authorities are not ensuring your success is repeated in rural areas throughout the whole of the UK
